A mass wedding ceremony was held in the Shia city of al-Zahraa

 

A mass wedding ceremony was held in the Shia city of al-Zahraa of Aleppo province in Syria.
110 young men and women from Shia city of Nubbul and 70 from al-Zahraa participated in the ceremony.

Al-Zahraa is a town in northern Syria, administratively part of the A’zaz District of Aleppo Governorate, located northwest of Aleppo.
Al-Zahraa has a predominantly Shia Muslim population and along with nearby Nubbul, forms a small Shia-inhabited pocket in a mostly Sunni Muslim area in the Aleppo Governorate. The two Shia cities have been placed under siege for 3 years by the pro-al Qaeda terrorists such as the Free Syrian Army militants.
