A drinking water well was drilled in the city of Mazar-i-Sharif in Afghanistan

In compliance with the commandments of the Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, on the need for attention and care for the poor and needy families, a group of activists in the charity field have recently dig a drinking water well in Faqeer-Abad region in the city of Mazar-e Sharif, Afghanistan.

 

In compliance with the commandments of the Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, on the need for attention and care for the poor and needy families, a group of activists in the charity field have recently dig a drinking water well in Faqeer-Abad region in the city of Mazar-e Sharif, Afghanistan.

The work was carried out in a ceremony that coincided with the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam al-Hassan al-Askari, peace be upon him, in the presence of a group of religious figures and the representative of Grand Ayatollah Shiraz, may Allah prolong his life.

It is worth mentioning that almost four hundred families lives in the region of Faqeer-Abad, in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif in Afghanistan, where the region suffers from a severe shortage drinking water sources.
