Imam Hussein Foundation organizes a multi-faith celebration

Coinciding the birth anniversary of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, Imam Hussein Foundation organized a multi-faith celebration at Tuesday, 19th of March 2019, in the Hertfordshire town of Watford, UK.

 

Coinciding the birth anniversary of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, Imam Hussein Foundation organized a multi-faith celebration at Tuesday, 19th of March 2019, in the Hertfordshire town of Watford, UK.

The event hosted a gathering of scholars from diverse world faiths including Sayyed Murtada Kashmiri, Grand Ayatollah Sistani representative, representative of Afghan Embassy, in addition to a number of professors from London University in commemoration of the birth anniversary of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, with the aim of promoting the values of peace and justice for all through knowing more about the imam.

The content of the celebration also tackled subjects related to the life and caliphate of Imam Ali, peace be upon him.

The celebration also included performances by nashheed artists from diverse cultures.
