The International Organization of Shia Rights Watch and Canadian President Justin Trudeau discussed the extraordinary situations facing the peoples and countries of the Middle East, especially those suffering from destabilizing security.

“The organization reviewed, through a direct message to the Canadian president, the deteriorating security situation in the Middle East and the suffering of the people of this region,” said the head of the organization, Mustafa Akwan, in an interview with the media.

He added, that “The organization called on the Canadian president to reconsider the arms deals issued to some of the ruling regimes in the Middle East, especially the repressive governments, which did not hesitate to use their military arsenal against the peoples and communities that demand reform.”
