Imam Ali Centre participates in the Interfaith Dialogue Conference in America

The Imam Ali Centre has participated in the Interfaith Dialogue Conference, that aims to achieve the culture of peace and peaceful coexistence in the World, held in Virginia, the United States in the presence of many Islamic, Christian and Jewish figures.

 

The Imam Ali Centre has participated in the Interfaith Dialogue Conference, that aims to achieve the culture of peace and peaceful coexistence in the World, held in Virginia, the United States in the presence of many Islamic, Christian and Jewish figures.

The representative of the Imam Ali Centre, Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Mustafa Akhund, referred during his speech to the words of God Almighty in the Holy Quran, which calls on Muslims and the world to coexist and peace among all.

Sheikh Akhund also addressed the conquest of  Makkah and how the Messenger of Allah peaceful, peace be upon him and his pure progeny, handled his enemies peacefully, saying that true Islam gave freedom to the dissenters and the statement of opinion and called for respecting human rights in society.

The conference also witnessed speeches by representatives of other religions, while questions and answers were raised on suspicions in various cases.

It is worth mentioning that the Imam Ali, peace be upon him, Centre is one of the centres affiliated to the office of the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life. The centre is carrying the mission of disseminating the true message of Islam and the culture of Ahlulbait, peace be upon them.
