Three Iraqi civilians killed in Diyala armed attack

A security source in the Iraqi province of Diyala stated that three civilians were killed by terrorists southwest of the province.

 

A security source in the Iraqi province of Diyala stated that three civilians were killed by terrorists southwest of the province.

The source said in a statement, that three civilians were killed near the Mouradia region (17 km southwest of Baquba) near the University of Diyala.

The source added that a security team began investigating the details of the crime and tracking down terrorist elements.

Meanwhile, in al-Ishaqi, Iraqi security forces managed to kill the terrorists who attacked the security forces yesterday afternoon.

The terrorist attack caused the martyrdom of Colonel Barzan Hassan Tarish, from the fifth regiment in the Salah al-Din Police.
