Helmand state spokesman, Omar Zovac, told reporters that a bomb planted in one of the houses in the city of “Lashkar Gah”, killed four children.

On the other hand, a spokesman for the state of Nangarhar, Ata Allah Hogiani, said in a statement that the religious scholar, “Maulvi Shidaghi” and his son were killed by a bomb planted in their car in Serband Village.

Hogiani added that the bombing also wounded two other people.

No one has claimed responsibility for the bombings.
